Welcome. I am Lindsay Belden, Founder and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner of Vīrya Aesthetics. This practice was created from my own passion to nurture and raise the vibrations of the planet through love and care in a peaceful sanctuary. At the core of my work, beauty is an expression and a return home to self in your skin. I am proudly passionate about providing a service and journey called transformative beauty.

In a world full of prescribed pollution and hustle, what we need right now is true health and planetary love. Meaning, I want to take a step back and slow down with you. Because I have a strong desire to bring art and care back to medicine. I work focused and one-on-one, I see you as a whole human, not just a face. I take my time and truly listen to your story. I feel your words and needs. I am with you in the present moment as a healer.
We may talk about your nutrition, sleep, exercise routine, and your water consumption, as part of your beauty regime. As art and medicine should be intertwined, I see your beauty and health physically, but also your needs on a soul and cellular level. This is how to truly slow aging.
